Sales are growing

Sales of the top 100 listings of diaries, notebooks, planners and calendars have shown consistent gradual growth, as seen in Figure 1, turning well over US$60,000 in the last 30 days.

There is opportunity in higher price ranges

Sales data reveals that eBay buyers are willing to pay more to be organised than sellers think.

Figure 2 shows that the price range with the most listings is $5 - $10. However, the price ranges achieving the most revenue are $10 - $15, and $15 – $20. Sales volumes might be a bit lower, but the higher prices are more than making up for it.

At-A-Glance dominates, but generics and small brands can compete

At-A-Glance is the best-selling brand on eBay in the Calendar & Planners category, with 29% of sales share by top-ranked listings. Their revenue share was slightly higher at 31%.
